Kuan Yin bed time song and movement

It is most challenging to be at peace towards the evening time, when our mind rushes to examine all the things that we did not like throughout the day. Sometimes as we go to sleep regrets or "should haves", start flooding our thoughts programing our unconscious to attract the same. A good way to alleviate that condition is the following two practices. Make them yours.
